The 31” fully painted grill is a grill frame with a heavy gauge painted black mesh to help fully contain the fire.
With a fully painted mesh the grill has an extra coating to protect against the elements, however this paint is not recommended to come in direct contact with food- be sure to use a pan when cooking on this style of grill.
