Choose Your Finish

Painted Black

A black painted finish gives the fire pit a clean, defined appearance and brings contrast to the carved artwork. Heat, weather and regular use will gradually affect the finish, and occasional maintenance or repainting may be needed.

Unfinished Steel

Unfinished steel develops a natural rusted surface with variations in colour and texture. Its appearance continues to change with exposure to weather, so each fire pit will look a little different. Rust may transfer onto the surface beneath it.

Compare Mesh Options

Standard Carbon Steel Mesh

Included with our carved fire pits, standard carbon steel mesh is painted black to coordinate with the fire pit.

Stainless Steel Mesh

The stainless steel mesh upgrade has a silver appearance that creates contrast behind the carved design.

No Mesh

The no mesh option leaves the carved openings unobstructed, giving a clear view through the artwork and into the fire pit.

Personalize the Upper Rim

Add a family name, cottage name, meaningful date or short message to the upper rim of a Standard fire pit. Custom rim lettering adds a personal detail while keeping your chosen carved design below.

Rim engraving is available on Standard fire pits for an additional $200. Contact us to discuss your wording and the available space before ordering.

Made From Recycled Propane Tanks

Each fire pit begins with a recycled propane tank. The curved steel body is repurposed into a fire bowl, while the sides are cut to create the selected artwork.

The reclaimed material gives the finished piece its substantial form and individual character. Original seams and variations in the steel are part of that history.
