Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographs and your order information. Eligible damaged products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged at our discretion.
